We wanted to visit the BMW Welt and some famous Biergartens, such as Hirschgarten and Augustiner Keller, and of course also the city itself briefly. The location of the hotel is perfect for such a trip. We went with a car, it was easy to reach the hotel. The garage was a big positive as well and I think the pricing is reasonable. After parking the car we only used public transportation. The tickets you can buy easily at the reception and all the places we wanted to see were quite close. There are plenty of nice parks in the area, Augustiner Keller is a 10 minute walk, Hirschgarten is approx. 20 with a tram that stops nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful, they really took care of us. There was a pretty wide variety of breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 nights -Friday 2nd June to Monday 5th June. 1. We were very warmly welcomed and given an early check in, which was very much appreciated. 2. Room for 3 people was attractive, spacious, comfortable and clean 3. We found the hotel excellently situated with regard to access to the city centre, there is a train station 7 minute walk away and a tram stop 3 minutes away (I'm a slow walker!) 4. Brekfast was tasty, plentiful and varied. 5. Comfortable and quiet relaxing public areas so one isn't stuck in the room all evening. 6. Staff were courteous, unobstrusive, helpful and just plain nice. 7. I would definately come back to this hotel again, I hope all the other Novotels are as nice.

Room was good size, kept clean and has everything you need for a good nights sleep. Channel selection on TV was also great with lots of channels to browse through. Free water bottles for all the occupants every day was a good option with regular coffee & Tea filled every day. Location is just 5 mins away from 16/17 tram lane which takes you right into city center.

The hotel is nice, well kept and clean. Breakfast is really good, with many options, but it starts at 06:30 and if you have a trip earlier than that you miss breakfast or ask for a take away bag. The room was nice, spacious. It's close to the bus station and the main train station which makes it easy to walk around.

The room was modern, not large but enough for a short stay (22 m2). I slept well. I really liked the possibility of opening the windows. In fact, modern hotels tend to have rooms without this option and relaying just on internal ventilation system. Which makes some noise in the room during nights and I don't like that. But this was not the case for this hotel. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the facility in general. And the most important, the breakfast was great. :-) Unlike in the other hotels with large coffee machines, espressos tasted good. Lastly, the personnel deserves a 10+.

we did not opt. for breakfast.... However, the room were good and clean upto our expectation. I was even given birthday cake and some fruit on my birthday... 10th May... Had some issue with the room safe but it was resolved immediately. The Staff was courteous and they even gave my wife Cell charger. The Staff also assisted us in giving directions to visit different tourists site.

A lovely gentleman working at the reception was very kind and patient at the reception when we were checking in. The room was large and modern with comfortable beds and great hotel facilities. It was about a 10 min walk (or less if you know where you're going) to the train station or a few minutes walk to trams just outside the hotel.
